A Message to our clients regarding the COVID-19 Virus

The health and safety of our employees and their families, our clients, and partners are of the utmost importance to us at Levatino Pace PLLC.

We want to assure our clients that Levatino Pace is prepared to continue our operations during this public health crisis involving the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic with minimal disruption. Levatino Pace has put into place several new protocols to keep both our clients and our employees safe as we navigate the next several months.

As a modern law firm, our attorneys have always been equipped to work from anywhere in the world. Currently, we are working both in our offices and remotely from our home offices. For everyone’s health and safety, we are not currently accepting unscheduled, drop-in appointments. In-person meetings will be determined on a case-by-case-basis and will depend on the exigency of the circumstances. Also, please keep in mind that most courts have ceased operations except in emergency situations. However, our attorneys will continue to be accessible via email, phone conferences, and e-meetings (i.e., live, video meetings using the web-based Zoom (www.zoom.us) video-conferencing platform). Should in-person meetings be necessary we will be advising our individual clients on how to schedule those. We will continue to bring our clients the highest level of service.

If you are a potential new client, we are also here for you too. If you need to schedule an initial meeting or consultation, contact us by email or phone and we can schedule a telephone conference or an e-meeting/video-conference with one of our attorneys to discuss your needs.

We look forward to continuing to support our clients during this time. Please feel free to reach out if you need anything.

Take care. Be safe. Be kind. Remember: We are all in this together.
